A: Go to the Customer Service page and scroll down to 'Your Order Status' and enter your confirmation number.


Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver Australia wide and internationally.


Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  Shipping costs can also be viewed on the 'Our Policies' page when you scroll down to 'Delivery times and charges'.


Q: What grade of cotton do you use?

A: Our cotton is high quality, soft single jersey 140-150 gr/m2.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: Yes, we offer free gift wrapping. Send an email to info@smallsshop.com with your personal message and we will organise this for you.
